Returns or exchanges are accepted only for unused, unwashed, and unworn items, with original tags and packaging intact, within 7 days from the delivery date.
All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection and approval by the Company.
Items that show signs of wear, damage, odors, stains, or misuse are not eligible for return or exchange.
Accessories, special-order items, and sale or clearance items are non-returnable.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days and credited to the original payment method, subject to bank or payment gateway processing times.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
